Organisation Structure

Purelites Ltd is a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 03198542), trading as Emperor Fireworks. We are a UK-based manufacturer, importer and wholesale distributor of fireworks, operating under three owned brands: Emperor Fireworks, Pyro Magic and Carnival. Our primary operations are based at TK House, Old Homesdale Road, Bromley, Kent, BR2 9SP.

We employ a small, dedicated team and work with a select number of overseas manufacturing partners in the production of our fireworks ranges.

Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains include overseas manufacturers who produce fireworks to our specifications, logistics and haulage companies involved in the importation and domestic distribution of goods, and suppliers of packaging and materials used in our operations.

We work exclusively with manufacturing partners with whom we maintain direct, long-term relationships. We conduct due diligence on all suppliers before entering into a business relationship and on an ongoing basis thereafter.

Policies in Relation to Slavery & Human Trafficking

We are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. We require all suppliers to confirm their commitment to preventing modern slavery and to comply with all applicable laws in the countries in which they operate.

We will not knowingly do business with any organisation that engages in or facilitates modern slavery.

Training

We ensure that our staff are aware of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and its implications for our business. We encourage all employees to be vigilant and to report any concerns about modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chains.

Approval of This Statement

This statement has been approved by the directors of Purelites Ltd and is reviewed and updated annually. It applies to all activities of Purelites Ltd T/A Emperor Fireworks for the financial year ending 2025.
